I understand your heavy chest struggle. This bra saved the day for me when I was training(jogging) for a half marathon. You can customize how much lifting you want the straps to do which is nice. Not my cutest sports bra but definitely my most dependable.

I like the Glamorise No-Bounce bra that JessPlays mentioned, but I love the Glamorise double-layer custom-control bra.

I get good support from both, but the custom-control gives me a better shape (more rounded and more pushed-up). I ordered a bunch of the custom-control ones, and now I only use the no-bounce ones as a backup. I'm a 38H, so I know how important good support is!

As a general reference, bratabase can be a good resource for bra reviews and suggestions for your particular measurements.

I was a 34 DD when I went to basic. AF but relevant advice anyways.

Double up on the cheaper, less supportive bras. Also, consider going down one cup size from what you should technically wear.

If you have the money, Glamourise makes this one and Moving Comfort makes this one. Both are awesome but the Glamourise one is my favorite for bounce control and a bit of separation. I trained for three half marathons in the Moving Comfort ones and the Glamourise ones have ended up great for running since having kids/gaining weight and turning into a 38G.

Trust me on the bras.

> will i go crazy from having to constantly wear a sports bra for seven days straight?

If you've never worn one before, yeah. Before the end of day 1.

There are a couple types of sports bras: compression, encapsulation and both. Compression sample

Encapsulation sporting bras look like regular bras: cup for each breast. Sample

A combination sporting bra has separate cups for each breast and an adjustable panel that holds them secure. Sample.

A t-shirt underneath a button down shirt works for me. Keep both dark colors so the areola doesn't show through. A single t-shirt works if the material is opaque and thick. I think the compression ones may suffice, but be aware that the band sizes for compression ones may not come in your size, they seem to stop around 38-ish and some brands stop at much smaller band sizes.
