Dunno the price of a pizza in the US but I guess it would be between 10 and 15$, let's say 12$.
5x12$ = 60$ keep in mind she will probably just eat half of one, maybe one if she's really hungry, she may put one in the fridge for tomorrow but she is certainly not going to eat them all so a good part of it is going to the trash untouched.

She wants us to believe that the moron blew 252$ like that when she asked for a single box of tampons, seriously? I don't think any person would be stupid enough.
It sounds like she did not even bother to make it believable.
What I think is the guy posted as his imaginary girlfriend using his own account, looking for validation or something like that and that none of it actually happened ever.
