Edit: just found out that both my options are in fact gonna require me to expand the previous holes on the headstock. I did some research and this is the “least lethal” reamer that’ll get the job done. It seems not a lot of quality reamers are out there that utilize the “step shaft” like those $100 Stew Macs... with the exception of this one sitting at a nice and comfortable $15 🤔 may be leaning towards this route either way:
