I find this too, I get massive headaches sometimes, but not all the time when I see 3D movies. I bought some of these and it helped alot, since I hate going outside to do things like watch movies alone, I use these when I go to movies with my friends now.

Fortunately you can buy your very own 2D Glasses to return any 3D movie black to glorious 2D as God intended.
If you ever find yourself in a situation where your friends are all going to a 3D movie and don't want to be "the complaining picky guy," let me introduce you to 2D glasses. Brilliant.
You could also make your own from two pairs of free theater glasses-- just take 'em apart and make one pair with two "left" or two "right" lenses. Now that both eyes get the same image, any 3D content you watch just becomes a normal movie or TV show. HEADACHE AVERTED.

My friends would force me to go to 3D showings. so i got a pair of these.
Since 3D was always a few dollars more my friends would buy me a drink for the difference.

You could get some 2D Glasses!
It doesn't solve the problem of wearing glasses on your glasses but hopefully you won't get sick. They were made by a dude with the same problem.

You can just buy 2D glasses and watch it in 2D. That's what I did.
