Amazon has Korean cupping therapy sets. No need to risk infected burns. These work very well within the limitations of what this therapy can do. Please don't use them on your face or neck.

This is the set I have. My husband has to do it on my back--I don't know if other people are able to use it on their own backs. It might just be because of my disabilities that I can't reach.

That is using the Chinese cupping sets you can find just about anywhere, and the little red points are the "inserts" mentioned.
