Ok this information tells me a lot which considering I am not a doctor should say a lot about your doctor. More about that later though

First things first: you have to educate yourself on your disease. Hashimoto’s isn’t a complicated disorder to comprehend but very few medical providers know anything outside the normal lab results that the majority of sufferers go under treated. Your health care provider is even more behind the norm than average. Most PCPs will at least test t3, t4 and the free T3s and T4s. This gives us more information but still doesn’t explain everything.

Your job is to know what triggers your Hashimoto’s (what your triggers look like) and what your optimal numbers are.

Finding your optimal numbers will have to be in unison with a competent health provider. I have the best results with a Naturalpath. Others here have gotten good results with MDs who are more “whole body “ or have a DO after their name.

Second: finding out what triggers your Hashimoto’s: again this goes along with understanding your disorder but essentially you can assume that something that your body can’t defend itself against is causing your immune system to attack your thyroid gland. All the medications in the world will not change this autoimmune response. You have to find out what it is. It can be simple: you have a food allergy or it can be extremely complex you have multiple things going on. (If you’re interested I can explain my issues which is complex-but I don’t want to put it here)

I recommend that you read Hashimoto’s Protocol Hashimoto's Protocol: A 90-Day Plan for Reversing Thyroid Symptoms and Getting Your Life Back https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HXK6GVQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lt4OCbKZ611KK

Seeing an allergist and finding a doctor that will work with you to help you feel optimal.

You need to journal how you feel, what you eat and what you are exposed too daily. Become the “CSI” investigator but instead of criminal replace it with you.

Lastly it’s important to understand the endocrine system. Think of it like a big Newton’s cradle each hormone reacts to each other. The big three Insulin, Thyroid and Cortisol being the most life effecting hormones (though our sex hormones definitely play an important part as well). If one of the big 3 is imbalanced the other two will be effected and in turn ever other hormone in our body is effected. Your systems indicate to me (again a lay person) that you could be cortisol resistant or simply adrenal fatigue (though simply is a misnomer there’s nothing simple about adrenal fatigue.)

Your headaches can be because of an environmental allergen or it could be due to insulin resistance.

Your anxiety can be because of too much inactive thyroid hormone or because you’re insulin resistant.

I hope that you take my input as a starting point to educate yourself on all the differing issues that Hashimoto’s patients face. I would be very irresponsible to say with any definitive reason that you have anything other than what you have been diagnosed with by your own healthcare professional.
