Edit, forgot the TV didn't have HDMI, lol and I keep forgetting things, lol
Without knowing the motherboard and processor it's hard to say, for example most Ryzen chips don't have an iGPU on the chip, but most Intel's do.
That said however, in the past I ran a second display using Intel iGPU and while it did work, it has been vastly preferrable to run all displays from the same graphics card, that way things like videos keep playing as they cross the threshold between monitors because they're not having to switch between different graphics chips in the computer.

Looking at the back of your card it seems you have 3 Display Ports, so I'd go with converting one of them, leaving you with both HDMI and Display Ports free for future.
Do you think this would be a better option?(and works for my laptop) I don’t mind buying both and trying.
Also I don’t think it’s a smart TV. It’s probably really old. I just found it on the street and it looks like it still works lol.
More than likely you have a VGA or DVI connection. It just depends on your monitor.
