I use the heat shrink wraps and they seem to work really well. These are the ones I use.

I use small flat rate boxes from USPS to ship. I use bubble wrap around the bottles and make sure to fill the rest of the box (packing peanuts, newspaper, etc) so the bottles can't move around. If you buy the postage online and drop off it's right around $5 to anywhere in the US. I think it's about $5.50 if you buy the postage at the post office.
