I originally was going to make a tincture myself however I found that premade tinctures were sold a better price at my local health food store. The brand I use is Herb Pharm and is a lot more concentrated then would be practical to make at home. I usually used a few drops up to a few tsp daily in smoothies and tea when I used it.
