I've hear good things about cramp bark and I have decent results with raspberry leaf supplements, I take vitamin e and it does make my flow lighter/less crampy

its an herbal supplement that's supposed to help relieve cramps. the taste/smell is horrid but i definitely feel that it helps me with some pain relief.
