The hinge on the arm rest and how they pivot gets shot within the first few months, so they shift slightly up and down.
The Mesh on the seat besides not absorbing farts, also loose tension over time [i believe is part of the warranty to get it stretched again]
And the default lumbar support is shit, which is why they sell the posture fit support kit.
Also sizes, they come in A B and C, I like the B, but can bare the A, but the C I feel like a child sitting in adults chair.
As a freelancer in NYC I basically live on those, and they are hot shit.
I have a leap at home, that I bought well over 10 years ago that is still rocking and has none of the problems any aeron does.
There's a first party alternative, the PostureFit kit. I replaced the default pad on mine with it, to considerable improvement:
