Iron + an ironing board
Here's a good cheap combo. Don't fill the iron with water, there's a lot of negative reviews saying it has a leaking issue. Buy a separate spray bottle and fill that with water.

I've had this one for over a year now and I haven't had any problems. Although, I'm not really sure what problems could possibly arise?
You can get a Tabletop Ironing Board that is small enough to use just about anywhere. I have one that fits on my computer desk when I can't get to the bigger board or if my roommate is using it.
