Ahh, a picky puppy! I recommend trying out these treats: fish4dogs cubes, canned hotdogs (the stinkiest kind you can find) and tuna packed in water not oil. Those fish cubes have never failed to work for me, but a good idea is to try out really abhorrently smelly foods.

You could also work on developing toy drive, although I've heard that this is sometimes difficult in sensitive herding breeds who are more likely to want to give you the toy than battle for it.
