1. Med/Rec Cannabis and Med/Ind Hemp are two VERY DIFFERENT things.
   
2. The FDA is the agency STOPPING companies from making false claims.
   
3. CBD is not prescribed by any doctor, unless it is Sativex, Dronabinol, or Epidiolex, it can be purchased over the counter.
   
4. There is anecdotal evidence going back for decades on CBD, thousands of years for cannabis as a whole plant.
   
5. CBD has been legal, depending on your definition, since 2014 as an exclusion created in the 2014 farm bill.
   
6. CBD was fully removed from the schedule and classified as its own substance and clarified as separate from cannabis in the 2018 farm bill, CBD comes mostly from the medical hemp varieties.

   This study did not even include other diseases such as Diabetes, and Glaucoma or illnesses such as TBI, HIV, and PTSD. Most CBD products are "snake oil" simply because they put so LITTLE CBD if any into their products.
   
   Here is something deep to think about, could you wrap your mind around the lumber, oil, pharmaceutical, and police industries not wanting the cure to "almost everything" to be available so they used their ridiculous influence on the FDA and the DEA to keep cannabis illegal to further their own profit over the lives of us "common folk"?
