I mean sownas have been all the rage in Finnland for several hundred years and how did the Finns get by without a several thousand dollar sowna stove? Right? those crazy Finns.

They aren't too hard to find, but I'd go for a double barrel number and put in a heat shelf (a 1/2 inch thick iron shelf to recircle the fire's gases to double up the heat).

Also be careful which sauna stones you choose, some stones expectedly crack or explode (see the book reference above which covers this issue) or the rocks could emit poisons/gases when heated and exposed to moisture.
