In that case why not do a 1000W like the HP 403781-001 DL380 G5?
There's no way I'm coming close to 90% load with 4 1050Tis (75x4=300W) and a single 1060 (150W max), and even if I do 2 1060 cards and 3 1050 Tis instead it will be 225+300=525W plus the mobo/cpu.
Just seems like serious overkill to get a 1200W, not to mention I don't want to risk blowing a fuse. I need to find out if these different outlets in my room are on the same circuit or not. I was talking to my friend who does electrical work about it.
Unfortunately I can't just tell by the breaker box. The labels all are either blank, say "sump pump"/"hot water heater"/etc, and the rest just say "general lighting" with no specific location. Hopefully I can get that info out of my dad but I guarantee he doesn't know or have it written down anywhere.
If they're on the same circuit I definitely don't want to run a 1200W even at 50% load just because the potential is too high with my desktop rig that draws 250-300 from the socket depending on if the screen is on, and that also has a 550W EVGA supernova g2.
Well the there just seems to be few good straight to the wall chargers, this one has 2 channels and decent power but also costs a 100$ https://www.banggood.com/SkyRC-D100-ACDC-Dual-Balance-Charger-Discharger-For-RC-Models-p-971647.html?rmmds=search
If you are willing to get a bit more complex by getting an old server power supply from amazon that changes AC voltage to DC voltage and then buying an DC to DC charger you can get a lot more for the money and most good chargers seem to be DC/DC.
here is a huge power supply for 27$. it can power multiple chargers so if you get deeper into this hobby you can add chargers but just use the one power supply. https://www.amazon.com/HP-403781-001-DL380-1000W-Supply/dp/B001U0EM1W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496370584&sr=8-1&keywords=server+PSu
This charger has alot more power and also puts out more current for balance charging than other chargers in it's price range.

The last piece of the puzzle is a parallel board so you can use the one charger to charge 6 or more batteries at once.

Updated: I returned the step-up transformer as I wasn't comfortable with running it 24/7. Here are my ideas. There are several 1600w power supplies that says they can run on 110v. These are idea and I have not proven methods
