It's a Band 2 Pro!

There's a newer generation too but I haven't used it personally. I've been incredibly pleased with the performance and durability of this one though.

I got it last March, fell into a binge mode around July and left it in a drawer until the last week of September, and the charging time /battery life don't seem affected at all. It's been swimming in chlorinated pools, winged against counters more times than I can count, and let drain to 0% on too many occasions and the little beast only has a bit of wear on the inside of the wrist to show for all that.

Yeah, I don't really buy anything fancy for myself and I had money saved up so I said screw it, haha. Most expensive thing I own. Is this more in your budget? It doesn't have seconds on the watch face in the pictures and you need those for EMS. I'd wear this while working out/off duty and just wear a cheap Casio for work. Sorry to hear about the issue with the cardiologist. If that's the case, if you're in a decent shape I don't think the test with the county will be an issue.

I've been happy with the Huawei Band 2 Pro for less than $70. It has a smart alarm, plus 5 event alarms.
