I actually only bought one item from Amazon, the inkbird temp and humidity sensor. Link below.
I had an old stand up freezer, a humidifier, and a little fan already. I started trial running it last night before I started drilling holes in the freezer and it works perfectly! I have a separate temp and humidity gauge coming to confirm at various points in the freezer, but so far so good.

Edit: I can't vouch for any of these products because I haven't used any of them, but they seem to be at least in the ballpark of what you're looking for(?)

Check out styrofoam insulation 4x4 sheets. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07GQWY9HM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I use one of these to regulate my humidity in conjunction with a dehumidifier. I’ve a small electric heater that it can also run if needed.

I second this advice. I use an inkbird temp/humidity controller. The nice thing is it can be set up to humidity or dehumidify, and heat or cool. So just pair it up with the appropriate appliances for your situation. Right now I have a small 500w heater and I use my 4inch exhaust fan to control humidity.

I actually use this device for my heater as it can differentiate temps between lights on and off.

My RH stays within +/- 2% of where I set the inkbird.

Temp is also +/- 3*

They turn on your humidifier and heater when you reach temp and RH.

There’s cheaper ones too. Like $45

Sure... in my case I am using a spare bedroom. It's more like a large closet, but it has a window. I am using an Inkbird controller to automate my temperature and humidity.

I use a portable AC and humidifier. You can dial in the temp & rh and it's on autopilot.

I use inkbird controllers, I never cut corners when it comes to my tents so I pay the difference and I haven't suffered due to it so far.

I have both of these I use them on diff tents but they do the same thing.
