I do the same thing with isopure zero carb protein powder, and it is also delicious!

I've replaced soy sauce with tamari. Same taste without the wheat. You can add wasabi or a chili-garlic sauce, neither have sugar, and you'll get an amazing, Asian-style flavor.

And the others are right. Go with real meat, no milk, no wrap and find a zero-carb, zero-sugar shake.

I've been using this one for the past two months:

Oh that's a landslide for chicken. It's one of the reasons for why it's one of the go-to means for bodybuilders. 113g tofu has about 11g protein. 113g chicken has 26g protein. Calorie wise that same amount of tofu/chicken is 103/124 respectively. But if you want to maximise your protein intake and minimise your calorie intake, then why not consume pure, microfiltered whey protein powder? The unsweetened stuff like this has 105 calories for 25g of protein.

But look at the price. It's infinitely more expensive. Portion, wise, though, you get 14 servings. So roughly $1 a portion. Whilst the tofu would be ¢45 at the lowest, ¢70 at the highest. A chicken breast you can get maybe two portions out of it. I don't know what it goes for off the top of my head though.

So I get an isolate which is isolated protein. It's just straight protein!

I use Isopure. The vanilla is 0 carbs and I usually mix it with water a few tablespoons of heavy cream.

make your food, add some water, put in a blender and make keto smoothies! OR. order A zero carb protein powder such as: Eat the bear or Nature's best (this one has a TON of zero carb flavors! and add heavy cream and fats. :)

I Made Butternut squash bisque that i could eat for days.

To be honest. I work with people who can't eat food that has any chunks and it needs to be pureed. It looks gross but it might help you. All we do is blend it up really good and add some liquid (maybe even broth would be good for you)

also you can make keto ice cream :) lots of fat!

You can always look at supplementing your protein intake with protein powders. It's an effective way to up protein without changing your fat or carb intake very much.

I'll have to check that out. I found this Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure on Amazon and it looks pretty good. Plus 50g of Protein per serving! I'm going to order it soon and try it out.

I don't buy much on amazon for Keto, use the crap outta that site for everything else though. Things I get from amazon for keto are

Keto is low carb, however you achieve that low carb is up to you. Almond flour and protein powder is for cookie dough, quest bars for if I get hungry during school.
