Not so glamorous but this has helped me A TON. As soon as I have this on, no pain.
For the crotch swelling I highly recommend getting a V2 supporter. It's like a compression sock for your lady bits.

That’s what I got but there are many other options out there. I am 17 days out from my due date and that feeling went away around week 32.
