The spibelt is the way to go. Mine does not bounce at all, but my armband sure did. It puts your phone right in the small of your back where you won't even notice it. I have moments all the time where I finish a run, and then spend 5 mins looking around my house for my phone before remembering I'm wearing it in the belt.
Headphones- I am a big fan of Jaybird Bluebud x2s, only headphones I've found that stay put when running.
You could but they would get ruined fairly quickly. You need to find some that are sweat-proof and probably something less bulky (but that is just my opinion). You also have to consider that they are going to be rather heavy given that they require batteries.
Is there some reason you need noise-cancelling rather than just sound isolation?
Anyway, I just bought these a few days ago to wear to the gym. The sound is actually quite good and the isolation is more than enough to cancel out all gym sounds.
