I really like covers and cases from JETech. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 in cover that I bought from them and they started emailing me codes for free Apple Watch bands,and again later a code for a free iPhone X case.

I have this case for my Pro and I love it. It's relatively thin but protective and the foldable cover works well, I've had it a couple months and no complaints with the quality. Feels great.

Rather than having a case that includes a holder (still a bit hard to find for the new 2018 non-pro iPad), I went with separate case + holder and got two very cheap things.

This case which is actually pretty thin and nice (magnets work, good texture at the back) :
