One book I always suggest to conversion students is Jewish With Feeling by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi. Although he wasn't Reform, his approach is a deeply personalized one that fits within a Reform understanding of Judaism, and helps to frame Jewish living in a day-to-day way, precisely as you've described. Washofsky's book (suggested by Rabbi Gimbel) is much dryer and more about the details of ritual and practice that tend to take place around holidays and within the synagogue. Very valuable, but a different perspective from what it sounds like you're looking for.
