I use a cycling computer/GoPro mount for my bikes when I race. It's pricey when compared to other options but it's very low profile and is rock solid.
Thanks! I don't have a phone holder on that bike, I filmed this with my GoPro that I attach to my handlebars with a k edge mount I do have a Quad Lock mount on my other bike which I have liked so far.
I use the bar clamp style one for rear shots from the seatpost and have this one for out front for my Garmin and GP all in one

There's a threaded bolt under the Garmin mount for a GoPro or other device (I also put a Light & Motion front light there during winter training).
