I was never consistent about doing them. A couple years ago I bought these [http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0034DLBB2], which are easier to use more consistently. I just slip one in and go do some housework for 20 or 30 minutes. I started out with the fourth heaviest weight and with consistent, if not very regular, exercising, I am up to the second heaviest. I used to pee some if I laughed really hard and I don't do that anymore. Also my husband's eyes widen and he grabs my ass when I squeeze so I guess he can feel it too. Ha ha. Not bad for a woman who has had four kids. I highly recommend the weights, it makes it so much easier and brainless, but not necessarily the particular weights I bought. The string is like a very thick fishing line and it is held together by a pinched metal clasp which sometimes pinches me the wrong way.
A note if you do get them: I noticed some days I could keep a particular weight in for 45 minutes, no problem, then the next time I could barely keep the same weight in for five minutes. Turns out that if you are pretty wet, which can happen depending on your mood or time of month or just natural disposition, it slides out easily, like buttering up your hand to get a tight ring off. What I do is take a little wad of toilet paper and stick it in my vagina to get rid of some of the wetness, then immediately pull it out and throw it away. The weight stays as to be expected after that.

Not true. There's lots women can do to be better a sex, just having a whole doesn't make you good at sex (and OP is proof of that). Showing enthusiasm for starters is a must. Then there's knowing how to ride and grind properly when she's on top, there's exercises she can do to tighten her vagina walls more so it will feel more pleasurable (for her and for him), there's dirty talk, there's giving a wet blowjob that's pleasurable and doesn't hurt (teeth, etc), etc etc.
Combine this with kegel weights and I think you got yourself a pretty genius idea.
