Double kettlebell movement requires more skill, so you need to be excellent at the basic movements before going to doubles. Also, two kettlebells are wider than a single bell of equal weight, so you need to move your knees just a little further out, I don't mind double kettlebell cleans, but I don't really like doing long sets of swings. With that said, most kettlebell hypertrophy programs use doubles. Geoff Neupert's program is frequently recommended. Scott Iardella has a double kettlebell program, it is simple, but should be effective. I've done a different program by Iardella and made tremendous progress.
Kettlebells aren't ideal for training some muscle groups, it is best to have some body weight exercises in your program. /r/bodyweightfitness has a recommended routine that is a solid starting point. If you have a place to hang them, gymnastic rings are the bomb.
