It is suggested you take multivitamins without Vitamin A which are hard to find.

I found these online: https://www.amazon.com/Kirkman-Labs-EveryDay-Multi-Vitamin-Vitamins/dp/B00P8DX0DS but honestly I ended up just grabbing a few bottles of different vitamins (mostly the important main ones in multivitamins) and taking them all together.
