Are they 7 grams / 1/4 ounce per pouch for the unflavoured?
4 (28 grams)of those to one full 85 gram pouch / box of jello?
I am not in the US so am trying to figure out measurements.
EDIT - I found this gelatin on American Amazon, I think it is the right one, which would make the packs 7 grams each. What do you think?
Its standard stuff. The same brand the guy uses in the video is what you find in most stores. Walmart and Target have it. 2 packs is 14 grams according to the box. A box is 28grams and has 4 packets.
