I use these. Can't go back now. They really help.

I'm using the KontrolFreek Grips. They're not bad for $20. The first pair I had wore out really fast, but word had gotten to me that they were probably part of a defective batch. I got a new pair recently that seems to hold up great.

I know they make controller grips that help with sweaty hands, but then your stuck carrying your own controller around. He probably has just as sweaty as hands though so doesn't even notice.

It sounds like you are suffering from atopic dermatitis. Try moderate exposure to sunlight. It isn’t completely clear why sun exposure helps atopic dermatitis, but most likely vit D plays a role. Your body makes vit D when exposed to sunlight. The vit D also influences the production of some proteins that your body uses to stave off infections.

And FWIW I have sweaty hands too. They won't stop you from sweating, but the KontrolFreek Grips help me have a better and more comfortable grip.
