Sorry, just happened on this sub. I have this case: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UP37UKK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1 and the back cover is this nice transparent black. The cover part could easily be cut away with a knife. It's a pretty thin connection and I don't think it'd look bad by any means to cut it off.
