ABSOLUTELY. I've got one of these, along with a slightly larger one. They are the only knives I ever use. They are the sharpest knives I've ever seen, and they cut through anything incredibly easy.
My first ceramic knife (same model as linked above), I found at Sams Club for $10. I'd never heard of a ceramic knife before, and the package was touting how all the best chefs use ceramic knives. I bought it, totally expecting to get burned on a piece of crap. BOY WAS I WRONG! The only downside to ceramic knives is that they shatter if you drop them (which is how my $10 special from Sams Club met its demise).
