Nope, but I read Last Call which was a source material for Burns' documentary. Highly recommend.
I read it in this book: http://www.amazon.com/Last-Call-Rise-Fall-Prohibition/dp/0743277023
Related and from the same book, the suffrage movement tied itself to the temperance movement. When the brewers went down, so did the anti-suffrage movement.
Edit: The Encyclopedia of Chicago contains good information on this topic in general. Its text is online.
One of my pieces of A Level history coursework a couple years back was on the prohibiton era. These are two of what I thought were the best books I used on the subject.

Prohibition reduced drinking considerably. It didn't end it. Not by a long shot. Last Call is a good and accessible book on the subject.

Since you seemed to have missed both the logic of what I was saying, and the reference to 'Prohibition' - on the off chance that you might want to educate yourself, you might want to watch Prohibition by Ken Burns. It is also available in a video and book set with Last Call: The Rise And Fall Of Prohibition by Daniel Okrent.
