Which one? this one or this one? Because IDK how you can drunkenly spend $500 let alone $2000.

EDIT: to clarify, OP ought two sets, so the first one I posted is $250 and the second one is $1,000. I was marveling at how a person is able to accidentally buy two of either option, even drunkenly.

More like the prices at Toys R' Us are so fucking expensive. To give you an idea of how much it overcharges, lemme pull up the Lego Millennium Falcon on several sites:

https://www.toysrus.com/product?productId=54946986&rrec=true

https://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Star-Millennium-Falcon-75105/dp/B00WI0PJE2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1505854770&sr=8-1&keywords=lego+millennium+falcon+75105

You have to be real fucking high to believe that $119 for that set is a sale, since the other three links have it as their base price. The idiot who runs Toys R' Us is blaming video games to distract people from the fact that Toys R' Us has been known for overcharging their shit.

Yay NASA!

Tangentially related: I have been wanting to get the Lego Millennium Falcon, and I think I'm gonna pull the trigger. It's silly, but I think it would be a fun project for my upcoming time off.

I got the new lego Falcon, the topps trading card SW book, a long sleeve raglan tee with the first order trooper helmet on it (can't find a link, they have it at Target), and the making of Star Wars coffee table book.

Seconded.

Also, I'd be surprised if you lose any money on picking up as many as you can get your hands on at $35. With them currently selling at $119 on amazon, I'd even suggest selling off a few of your current 10 to allow you to buy more now. That's a 3x return almost immediately, and still below original MSRP...

As /u/southsideson mentioned, these will probably move back to and above retail at Christmas (4+x your money in 5 months is an amazing ROI).
