Crown Publishing was doing a contest for a free, signed edition of the Ron Burgundy book. I actually won and was able to get about 5 or 6 other books in the process, including a signed copy of Ender's Game.
This was at NYCC just last year.
Find time to spend a little one on one with each kid. I know it can be hard having two babies, but even if its just putting one in a bumbo and carrying the other one around a little bit. Ive always felt like this is crucial to keeping kids happy.
Have your 4 year old help with anything they want to, but don't excessively 'force' them too. You don't want to make your kids resent each other in the long run.
Also, remind the 4 year old of things like how quickly they are growing up. It will make them happy to feel like you don't 'lump them in' with the other kids.

Its the Ron Burgandy (Anchorman) book. I love reading comedy books and I have had my eye on this for a while. Its 12 bucks new, but id gladly take a used copy.
