Try Pure Mg oil. worked wonders for me. 5 sprays on the sole of each foot. Put feet into crocs or flip-flops or some non-absorbent shoe. Let skin absorb for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off. Repeat daily. Also google the various stretches and rollers you can do for plantar fasciitis. I struggled with it for two years. The Mg oil really helped.

I love this stuff > Magnesium Oil It's inexpensive and works great. Also epsom salts in the bath are another good delivery method. Oral supplements can cause diarrhea. That's counter productive.

Always trust your synchronistic worm holes. LOL Magnesium is the antidote to vasoconstriction. Do let us know if you have resolved your side effects! =]

Edit: Also, Do consider taking a multivitamin.

Magnesium oil (magnesium chloride) is also awesome for a bath, or applied directly to the skin. The life flo lotion smells awesome and is basically just a good general lotion. The life flo gel is my favorite form of topical magnesium. Stings a little, though, kind of like the spray, but isn't messy and seems to dry quicker than the sprays. Then there are a ton of sprays, here is life flo's. You can also buy flakes and either make your own spray or just put them in a bath.
