This might be a good option. It was the most affordable device of it's kind with good reviews I could find. After the first month it's $24.95/month. (I have no affiliation with them.)

I got the 3 months included. If you get the 3 months, the per-month cost is low enough that you're effectively getting the device free and just paying for service. If you get the 6 months, the discount isn't noticeably bigger but then there are no bills to worry about for 6 months.
There are others, that's just the one I settled on, because I felt the deal was best among those I looked at. Some of the other units were more physically attractive, but not as well featured or priced.
I sweat a lot, so it's important to me that it be waterproof. Also, note that it connects to the "drop in" charging stand with two exposed metal contacts. (They're flat, won't scratch.) They corrode quickly, and it won't charge. I rub them thoroughly with a pencil eraser to clean them before every charge. (Sometimes I have to do it two or three times.) They also had to replace my whole setup once, they guarantee it forever so if there's a problem with the equipment, as long as you have service they'll just replace it.
