If you're used to sweet stuff, I suggest something minty or vanilla. My first tea after I found I couldn't drink coffee was a french vanilla black tea by Lipton. Also, try Zen green tea with mint by Tazo.
You can read all you want about it (I encourage you to do so) but the best way is to try stuff. If it sounds good, there's a chance it is.
