This is a repost. Supposed to say "Welcome, may all who came as guests leave as friends." From the last time someone explained it, it comes like this for the purpose of saving space while printing and shipping, and the end customer is expected to rearrange it appropriately.

This is a repost, and someone on the last thread pointed out that this comes as stickers and you have to put it together. It is supposed to look like this. Someone who didn't care/didn't speak english put it together.
