unclear if any work on face. Tria says don't use on face but out of the US I Believe they have said it can work on face... no clue though, never used any of these...

Have you tried letting it grow out and then bleaching it? Or maybe you could save up for an at-home laser hair removal kit? I ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T8HHDYC/ref=s9_al_bw_g510_i1 and I've done two treatments so far and I'm already noticing differences in the thickness of the hair. It's sooo much softer! I'm probably going to do a couple more treatments, then let the hair grow out and bleach it bc it's still super dark.
