The display is a 7-inch 1280x720 HDMI display from seeed. Costs about $50, but I advise paying extra for the "good shipping." It's bus-powered via the HDMI cable so you only need one cable to get it up and running.
EDIT: They also make a 5" display but I think that's a bit too small for my purposes.
The mount is a LyxPro TSM1 mic stand tablet holder from Amazon that grabs the roof of my console's doghouse, but I can also use a mic stand if I'm on another desk. The screen has a little protrusion on the rear to house the PCB so a little creativity was required to get the mount to grab it.
The meter data is coming out of Smaart running on a cute little ASUS E203MA 11" netbook so my main machine isn't tied up with running the meters.
The meters I find myself running during events most often are the six shown here: Peak C, SPL Slow C, SPL Slow, A, LAeq1, either an LAeq10 or LAeq15 depending on any venue policies, and a NIOSH exposure metric (dosimeter in percent).
EDIT: Spelling
