I find those go in to deep and tend to fall out a lot, I've gotta say these gel ones are much better and worth a try. can't link on mobile. Try Mack's Pillow-Soft Silicone EarPlugs. Any pharmacy has them or you can get them from Amazon. They're only good for about 22 dB, so not like the foam ones, but they block both water and sound.
