I strongly recommend trying Indian brand ramen noodles. My favorite is Maggi masala spicy or "Maggi Atta noodles" aka whole wheat noodles. The main reason i say this is that the seasoning packet genuinely tastes like Indian curry and masala flavors. So you don't need to add turmeric or cumin powder or other seasoning to it. Just fortify it with other veggies.

The seasoning packet will also have dehydrated peas and carrots so it adds a bit of veggies to your ramen as well. But you can supplement it with other frozen veggies and frozen peas and fresh cut scallions etc.
