Well on the more practical side of male chastity, it goes to very extensive lengths. You could just forbid him to be allowed to touch his cock at all (except for briefly when peeing or cleaning, something you can call "reasonable measures"). You could purchase a chastity device, like the CB-6000. If you have the money, you can even get one custom made such as one from Mature Metal or other manufacturers that do that kind of thing. Either way, the purpose of male chastity is to prevent him from having access to that part of his body for only you to have control over.

With orgasm denial, just make sure he can't cum when masturbating (or you are doing something) without your explicit permission. Try to be reasonable, but also make sure to punish him if he disobeys.
