- I cut out meat first because I was a vegetarian for a while, then the most expensive stuff (cheese and other dairy) except butter, then last was eggs and butter when I realized that you can bake without eggs and butter.
- For a while I tracked everything in Excel but it was a pain in the ass and I realized I mostly have it all in my head anyways.
- All over, but good places to start are Bryant Terry's books,, Alternative Vegan, Decolonize Your Diet, The Lotus and the Artichoke books, Mango and Mint, and for deserts, Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar and Vegan Pie in the Sky.
