Well, don't count on it staying like that. I was about what you have at 18. Now, at 26, I have thick hair on the chest and, unfortunately, back hair. If you ever are unfortunate enough to be cursed with back hair, do not fret, just buy a mangroomer.
I've embraced the hairy chest, arms, legs, etc.. I've ended flings with girls who asked me to shave my chest. It's not happening. Don't have the time, nor the desire to keep it up. Some girls love it though. Can't win them all.

Issue with BakBlade is that it's still disposable blades, you can only use them for so long, and if you have sensitive skin it will absolutely give you razor burn or ingrown hairs. Check out The Mangroomer

Unless you have boneless arms, scissors suck. This, however, is a good choice if you're cursed with excess body hair.

There was a really hilarious commercial but I can't find it.
Important though I want you to know that it's not a super close shave as far as electric shavers go, but cosmetically speaking it gets the job done.
