I sleep with these:

I've heard the headband ones are not good; I forget why but the Amazon reviews motivated me to buy this one instead. I found it to be extremely comfortable to wear even while lying on my side because the bud part is almost completely soft, no hard part. The sound quality was good enough for asmr. The downside is that mine stopped working for no reason after a year or so, so it was not that long lasting. I'm okay with that since it's relatively inexpensive and easy to replace.

These are good for side sleeping, but not wireless.

I have Maxrock ear buds. I fall asleep on my side they are super comfy. The only problem is waking up in the middle of the night tangled up in the cords.

I use these. Super small, they never bother my ears, unless I've been in bed for 14+ hours.

I also saw them on Ebay I believe. I tried the headband kind and those seemed to move around too much for me. Plus they are hot in the summer.

I know it's so frustrating. Best of luck!

I use these. They're not mind-blowing sound quality but they'll work well as earplugs and you can keep the music low enough to hear the road properly too. I can't get my full-face on with other ear buds in, but these don't even pull, and they're cheap enough to be disposable if you abuse them.

11.99USD, don't fall out of your ears and it's easy to slide the helmet over them

These don't sound great, but they're good for sleeping. They block out a fair amount of noise, though they are not active noise cancelling. I am a side-sleeper as well and have slept with them.

I will say that sleeping with them often or every day may have some side-effects and I would not suggest doing it more than every once in a while.
