Aside from ensuring your employer is following the law, I have an idea for no outlet: I used this battery pack with my Spectra S2 when I realized what it meant not to have an outlet for pumping. As long as your pump uses the 9V power, it doesn't matter what brand pump you're using. It does require batteries, so that's a pain in the ass, but a fresh set of batteries lasts about 3 pumping hours. If your employer doesn't have to have a space for you (I know some small businesses don't), maybe you could pump at your desk? I know that's not ideal, but you could use a pumping bra and stay pretty discreet (aside from the tubing/bottles-I mean you don't have to show your whole workplace your nipples). You may want to practice at home with a pumping bra then try it at work. AND if you get guff about it, I suppose you could also be working while pumping if you do it in your cubicle. How could they argue with that?

It's tough, hang in there. Good luck!

OK, I've been thinking about this all day. Would a set-up like this be possible for you?

They do sell battery packs for it seen here: Medela Pump in Style Original Battery Pack https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B000HL2JOC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_BOdTybWT8NFNG

But I'd prefer to have longer runtime if possible without changing 8 AAs. I figure a tool battery would help with this.
