Both have fairly easy recipes that are geared towards a guy's taste buds and they keep hassle and cooking to a minimum.
All recipes give you a breakdown of calories, protein, carbs, etc. so you just need to figure out how many calories you need each day and then choose the recipes that add up to that total.

Too bad I've never figured out how to insert URLs in markdown. But anyway, this book is great because all the recipes are healthy, and almost all of the recipes are quick and easy to make. This fellow knows his audience and even gives you a list of basics you should keep in your kitchen that you can make most of the meals with.
