I used the Pyle Compact Base Black Microphone Stand:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PAW6AU/

I'm not the first to do this and I've seen others do similar projects but all the stands were discontinued and I couldn't find one that would fit through the holes in the camera stand. Luckily, it didn't matter as this should work for all stands that you can unscrew the top off of. I also wanted one with as low of a profile as possible so I could put it on the same shelf as the soundbar. It...barely fits as the base is closer to 9.75 inches as opposed to the 9.25 advertised. It has nice rubber bumps you attach at the bottom to prevent scratches.

I have my camera off center because that's the couch's center and, unlike PS3 move games, it doesn't matter where the camera is really. I played Sparc and Astrobot at the high height. Sparc was fantastic. Astrobot was different in the challenge mode with the ropes (#4) as everything was angled differently. Lowering it back to standard height is all that's needed to fix that. If there's any other questions, feel free to ask.

Also, if you're doing this, be mindful of you camera cable length. If I were to go much higher, I'd have to move my PS4 up to be able to have enough length.

You'll probably have to build yourself a stage unless you want to buy your own, but that can be pricey.

You'd want a mixer, XLRs, microphone, microphone stand, and speaker

I just bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PAW6AU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's $20 and does the job. It can raise up to almost 6 feet on its own. You can put it on top of a box or a coffee table or something if you want to get crazy with the height.

And when you're not using your VR, you can just tuck the whole stand away in the corner.

Definitely wait to buy any games. The demo disc has SO many great experiences to choose from and try out. You might find out that you'd rather spend $60 on two or three smaller games and wait for eve to go on sale or something.

I spent my extra money on the collective minds stand and a microphone stand to mount my camera to.
Oh and a couple of games

It's this stand with this isolation shield.

The booth is 2m tall, but I'm kinda short at 5'6" so it's plenty tall enough for me.

My only worry would be them falling down and being damaged.

Get yourself a mic stand ($12): Pyle-Pro PMKS5 Compact Base Black Microphone Stand https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002PAW6AU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_VKfCyb1TX5N61

And a stereo bar ($13): K & M Microphone Bar https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001G43G96/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_HLfCyb9HQQH39

And save yourself headache and the possibility of having to replace two perfectly fine microphones.

custom made sensors stands that were stained to match the furniture. You can do the same with parts at home depot. The base is 7" in diameter. The height is 6 feet and it has a whole for the sensor drilled in the top slightly diagonal as it goes in so its easier to tilt the sensor head down.

An alternative that a couple of others have mentioned is a microphone stand that musicians use with an adapter for the Sensor to be held in place. Though I don't have the parts for that, a few google searches and you should be able to find that in black and it will be very very stable. Here are some examples, though I am not endorsing any of them and I have not tried any of them. It's just to help your search.
