People treat those who question the effectiveness and safety of vaccines as lunatics just by pure lack of research. What is even more disturbing is that a number of vaccines are enforced by the government on the back of big pharma's lobby, and in a purportedly ancap sub people just accept what the government claims by face value.
What the government enforces is either not good itself or is just pushing crony capitalism (which is also bad), otherwise people would just accept without the need of coercion.

Yes, I've noticed that. It's scary and infuriating, but nowadays I just ignore this stuff. There is nothing you can do about it, if you try to enter the conversation you will be attacked by a myriad of brainwashed idiots.
It's also the idea that anyone that is doubting the safety of vaccines or doubting the incredible quantity of vaccinations children go through in a short period of time, as well as anyone speaking for the right of people's children to remain unvaccinated - is labelled an anti-vaxxer.

Personally I am not denying vaccines work, but there are many problems surrounding them, many of which have arisen because again, vaccines are a business, an enormous business for pharmaceutical companies. Many have been shown to be contaminated with heavy metals and many other substances, the enormous quantity of injections children are given is outrageous,....

Life isn't black or white - you don't have to be "anti-vaxx" to question vaccinations. Vaccinations do seemingly work, yet there is so much we can do to improve them, make them safer, inject children with only those necessary, as well as not injecting people/children with dozens of vaccines in one go. Not to mention that we should be seeking better ways in how to improve our immune systems and live healthy lives, so the majority of such illnesses would have no effect on us (sadly most people nowadays live very unhealthy lives, not to mention they are constantly bombarded by stressors from every area of life and exposed to the various toxins in our air, soil, water, food....which are a product of modern man's rejection of living in unity with nature and instead trying to dominate it, effectively destroying our planet).

Remember, there are literally hundreds of "peer-reviewed" "scientific" studies against vaccines or against global warming. The number of citations is not a good measurement of the quality of the research.

That's not to say that paying attention to scientists (and especially the scientific consensus) is bad, only that it's healthy- and scientific- to put some skepticism into individual papers and reports. Scientific literacy is being able to read a scientific paper, or at least a summary in a science-minded news source, and be able to understand or guess the limitations of the research
